  1. Mash mint sprigs, vanilla and sugar together.
  2. Place in cocktail shaker half filled with ice.
  3. Add rum and passion fruit and lime juice and shake 10 times.
  4. Strain into glass filled with ice.
  5. Garnish with mint.
  6. Serve.
