This is a good for you treat that makes a great breakfast or after workout drink.
- 1⁄4 cup orange juice
- 1⁄4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 1 small banana
- 1⁄4 cup frozen peaches
- 1⁄4 cup frozen strawberries
- 1⁄8 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 4 ice cubes
- Put all ingredients in blender and blend well.
- Serve in a tall glass.
Thank you Kel for a truly refreshing treat. It was a bit thick and so had to eat mostly w/a spoon. This after adding more juice and some water. All my fruits were frozen and I subbed blueberries for the peaches. Thanks a bunch. Tagged for 123 HitWonders 08
Wonderful smoothie, really this was very good. I used all frozen fruit so skipped the ice cubes but added a little water. Thanks for posting!
