A vanilla dream! This recipe is 2 Weight Watchers points. This came from Thinner Times. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping.
- 5 ounces light vanilla soymilk
- 3 teaspoons fat, free french vanilla coffee-mate powder (dissolved in water)
- 1 ounce warm water
- 1 flat tsp. instant coffee
- 1 ounce torani sugar free vanilla syrup
- 3 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute (3 packets)
- 1 cup ice, crushed
- 2 tablespoons fat, free reddi-wip
- Place all of the ingredients in blender, except for the Reddi-wip. Blend on high speed until well blended.
- Pour into a tall glass, and finish off with whipped topping.
