  1. prepare and bake pastry shells as directed on package. Cool completely.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  3. Whip cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently stir into cream cheese mixture.
  5. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  6. Fill or pipe cream mixture into pastry shells just before serving.
  7. Garnish with fresh raspberries if desired.
