I really enjoyed this coffee. Loved the chocolate, cinnamon and nutmeg mix. I did scale the recipe down to serve 6. Thanks so much for sharing.

Heaven in a cup! Made as directed and wouldn't change a thing. I know it's called vanilla coffee but what really got me was the cinnamon - the aroma and subtle flavor made this coffee a winner for me. Thanks for sharing your recipe! Made for the Sweet Traditions event, 2009

Very nice flavor and great cup of coffee to wake up to. I used 6 packets of Nestle's hot chocolate and could not find vanilla powder so substituted french vanilla coffee creamer. Instead of 1 1/2 cups powderd milk I used 1 cup and 1/2 cup of the french vanilla coffee creamer. Still needed a bit more of a vanilla flavor so will make this again and play with the powdered milk and coffee creamer quantities. Thank you CoffeeB for posting this recipe. Made and reviewed for the Vegetarian/Vegan forums Veg* N Swap 13.

Hello. My name is Bellinda and I'm a coffee addict :) Of course I liked this recipe. I scaled it down to just a few servings. I used home made vanilla sugar instead of the powder and used less sugar. Made for Veg*n swap.

Coffee B this is really good! I made up the batch minus the vanilla powder as I cannot find that anywhere. What I did use however is powdered vanilla creamer, 1/2 c and only 1 cup of regular creamer. This is wonderful. I like the cinnamon and nutmeg mix and understand how it is a holiday reminder but I plan to have this at the cottage on the weekends as my dessert in the morning. YUMMY! made for Aussie/NZ Recipe Swap-Aug09

I'm doing that squealing and happy dance I do when I love something and watching at the same time that confounded, or maybe it's a dumbfounded, look upon my husband's face. What does he know about spiced coffee anyway? Made for Everyday is a Holiday.

I really enjoyed this this morning! I didn't have vanilla powder so used vanilla extract, added to the coffee cup. I quartered the recipe. Thanks for a drink I will have again! Made for Zaar Stars game.

The only reason this is a 4 instead of a 5 for me is that the vanillin amount is too strong. I'm getting that sharp bitter bite that it gives if used too enthusiastically. Next time I make it I'll back that off to 1/2 the amount ask and then add a bit more if needed. Love the spices. For me the body is fine it's like coffee with creamer. I'm using Splenda for the sugar.

I love this mix! I used dry Coffee-mate powder, I did not have any vanilla powder so I had to omit, it was still wonderful, I look forward to having this on many mornings, thanks for sharing Coffee!

I like this, but I'm going to play with it a little bit so that I can like it a bit more. For me, it's still a bit watery using 4 T. I think I'll look for espresso powder instead of the instant coffee, as I had to add additional instant coffee to make this to my liking. Even though there is powdered milk (in the cocoa mix) and coffee creamer in this, I'll use milk instead of water when I prepare a cup of it. This is just a personal preference--I also mix my hot cocoa in milk instead of water. I used some splenda, and I used Hot Cocoa Mix for the hot chocolate mix. I used french vanilla flavored creamer instead of using vanilla powder. Thanks for posting! Looking forward to trying more of your coffee recipes! Made for PRMR.

Made for Bev. Tag - January, 2008. I'm not really much of a coffee drinker, but I like this recipe a lot. It's sweet and creamy and doesn't have a strong coffee flavor. The hint of nutmeg and cinnamon really adds to the flavor of this vanilla coffee. Thanks for another great recipe, Coffeebarista.

I'm a big fan of flavored coffees and this one does not disappoint. This is a nicely-flavored coffee and perfect for when you want something a little different. I love it for an after-dinner coffee. Thanks so much for sharing.

This was very yummy! I loved all the flavours mixing together, and it went perfectly with some Monkey Bread. I halved the recipe to serve at breakfast, and it was loved by all. Thanks Coffeebarista!
