This is a dish that my aunt always made for family dinners, it reminds me of home.
- 1 large onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 (10 ounce) can beef broth
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 ounce) can mushrooms (I often use fresh)
- 3⁄4 cup water
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Chop and saute onion and green pepper.
- Stir everything together in over safe casserole dish.
- Bake 1 hour, stirring when it boils.
- Bake for 1 hour in.
