  • soak dalfor 1hour in hot water. grind in grinder (with chicken breast and all things.
  • mix well with a spoon.
  • heat oil in a wok or kadahi.
  • keep the heat on a medium flame.
  • take each ball and keep it in the centre of your palm . deep-fry them until they are crisp and golden brown.
  • Heat oil and add onion and cumin seeds. Let it sizzle for about 30 seconds. Add in the tomatoes, turmeric, chilli, salt, and coriander powder and fry for 30 seconds.
  • Add vadi and potatoes in and fry for 2 minutes. Add in water, bring to a boil, lower to a simmer and cook, covered, for about 10 minutes.
  • Stir in garam masala. Stir well for 1 min and cover for around another 5 minutes.
