Sorry to say this was merely okay, for our taste. I can see where this might be enjoyed by kids or bachelors, but for us geezers, it was a disappointment. IMO, a better use of the ingredients would be to put them on a Boboli crust. I did add red & green peppers and extra cheese. Using Ragu Pizza Sauce, it just tasted too tomato-y. Also too much meat in proportion to veggies and bread.

I made this for dinner last night. Everyone loved it! Even my picky eater went back for seconds. I like that this recipe can be changed so easily to fit what my family likes. This ia a keeper!

We enjoyed this very much. Next time I will add some green/red peppers, which we love on our pizza. Made for Everyday Holiday Tag. :)

I made a few substitutes in the recipe: turkey instead of beef, garlic powder instead of fresh garlic, and spagetti sauce instead of pizza sauce. The saddest part, however, was that I had to make it without pepperoni because I forgot to buy some at the store. Despite the lack of pepperoni, this recipe was delicious. It may have been the dish I used, but there wasn't quite enough room for all of the biscuit dough (I had two left over). I cooked mine for about 15 mins, till the biscuits were just golden on top (they were still pretty doughy on the bottom, but I prefer them that way). Since there's only 2 of us in the house, I have plenty of leftovers for lunch- I'm sure it's just as good the 2nd go-round. Thank you for this tasty recipe.
**update** This recipe has become one of our favorites, and we've made it several times since. My husband even made it for a company food day, and it was gone in a matter of minutes. We both love it so much we fight over the leftovers. Defintiely a keeper!
Picky teen loved it...very easy and very good... thanks for the recipe we will use it again..

Yum - this is great! Like a loaded deep dish pizza served upside-down! I don't care for onions so used green pepper instead; I also left out the olives. Easy to make, hearty and delicious - thanks for sharing your recipe!

I made this last night and it was teriffic!! I used italian sausage instead of ground beef and I also added green peppers. I omitted the mushrooms and olives, and this still was great!! It really did taste like pizza. My hubbie loved it, he even ate the leftovers for breakfast this morning. Thanks so much for posting. One question, the biscuits on the bottom never quite cook all the way through. Any ideas?? I leave it in for longer but then the tops sometimes get too "done?" Either way, I love this!

Wow - what is not to love about this recipe? DELICIOUS! I used real pepperoni instead of turkey as it was what I had on hand, and regular mozzarella. Gooey and cheesy and I'm thinking about picking up the ingredients to make it again next time I go grocery shopping! Made for PRMR Tag Game!

I used this as an inspiration. I used the ground beef and spaghetti sauce, but no olives or mushrooms. Didn't have pepperoni either. So I topped it with cheese and biscuits. Really nice easy fast meal. Thanks for the great idea.

YUM, YUM, YUM, delicious, the only change I made is that I put half the mixture in the dish, sprinkled cheese over, then put the rest of the meat mix over that, sprinkled with cheese and then put the biscuits. My husband said this is a keeper.

well this was a winner according to my DS who is a lover of pizza, the biscuits is a wonderful change from pizza dough, I did a few amount adjustments and used bulk Italian sausage in place of ground beef, thanks for sharing Brooke!

We really enjoyed this! The sweetness of the biscuits was what made this dish so good. They went perfectly with the tangy heat of the sauce. I skipped the olives, added lots of mushrooms, extra onion and red pepper flakes. This will definitely be repeated in our house! YUMMY! Thank you!

Tasty :) This would be a kid pleaser for sure. I did leave out the black olives though just because of personal preference. I really liked the biscuit "crust" topping. Thanks for posting!

WOW!! My picky teenagers loved this. I tweaked it a bit. I had no pizza sauce so I used one can tomato paste mixed with two cups water and 3T. Italian seasoning. I also added a can of diced tomatoes. This is a very easy dish to make, but next time I will use at least 2 rolls of biscuits, because one was not enough for my family. Thanks for this great recipe!
