Just flour, water, baking powder and sugar. Doesn't sound tasty, but i think it is, and for those who love natural food without eggs, butter etc. try this one out :)

  1. Blend all the dry ingredients together.
  2. Add water until you get a nice batter (not too dry or too liquid).
  3. Bake in oven for about 30-40 mins at 130-150 degrees celsius.

I don't know... this didn't turn out for me. It was really dense, almost gooey. And the flavour wasn't there that I had hoped for. I love healthy foods. And I had high hopes for this one. It may have been me, that is why I didn't add stars. Also, the instructions are a bit lacking. And there is no pan size listed. I made mine in an 8x8. It came out about an inch thick. Maybe a smaller pan would help the results? Or a larger one? Not sure. Thanks for the adventure anyways! :)
