A sweet, thick soup that tastes like Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Brown onion, garlic, pepper pieces and ground beef in skillet.
  2. Mix all other ingredients (except rice) in pot and bring to a boil.
  3. Add minute rice to tomato mixture, stir, put on lid, and set aside for 5 minutes.
  4. Drain meat and pepper mixture in a colander.
  5. Add to soup pot and simmer for 15 more minutes.
