A healthier french fry!
- 680.38 g potatoes, 2 medium size baking potatoes
- 59.14 ml Italian dressing
- 118.29 ml parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Wash potatoes and pat dry. Cut into 1/4 inch strips and place in large bowl. Add dressing and parmesian cheese and toss well. Arrange potatoe pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Spray ppotatoes with non-stick cooking spray. Bake 12 minutes and turn potato pieces over and continue to bake 10 to 12 minutes.
Although I do hate calling these 'fries' they are especially tasty when baked & so much better for a person, too! We not only enjoyed the Parmesan cheese coating but also the fact that the tatters are unpeeled! Definitely be making them again, for sure! Thanks for sharing the recipe!
