A healthier french fry!
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Wash potatoes and pat dry. Cut into 1/4 inch strips and place in large bowl. Add dressing and parmesian cheese and toss well. Arrange potatoe pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Spray ppotatoes with non-stick cooking spray. Bake 12 minutes and turn potato pieces over and continue to bake 10 to 12 minutes.
Although I do hate calling these 'fries' they are especially tasty when baked & so much better for a person, too! We not only enjoyed the Parmesan cheese coating but also the fact that the tatters are unpeeled! Definitely be making them again, for sure! Thanks for sharing the recipe! These baked fries were so crispy and flavorful. Delicious. I'll definitely make them again
