Uncooked Easy Triple Chocolate Cheesecake

  1. Base: Combine butter and biscuits and press into flan dish lined with foil.
  2. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
  3. Filling: Sprinkle gelatin over water then dissolve over hot water.
  4. Set aside to cool.
  5. Beat together cream cheese and condensed milk until well combined.
  6. Add Cream and cooled gelatin.
  7. Divide into three portions.
  8. Melt first 100g of chocolate in microwave then fold into 1st portion and spread onto base.
  9. Repeat steps with remaining chocolate.
  10. Decorate with whipped cream and chocolate curls/shavings.
