Uncle Skwerl's Speckled Pig Paint (Grilling Sauce)

An internet buddy of mine, aka Skwerl-X, took a special interest in two 'Zaar recipes which I had sent to him: Whipper's "Mustard Paint" and Dee514's "Italian Spice Blend". And so, from that, (slightly modified), we have this new barbecue sauce recipe, "Uncle Skwerl's Speckled Pig Paint". Well, as it turns out, this sauce is THE BOMB! You slather this stuff on your pork or chicken before it hits the grill and, WOW! So, thank you to those individual 'Zaarites and thank you Uncle Skwerl!*.*

  1. Blend all ingredients in a bowl with a whisk.
  2. Refrigerate until use.
  3. Use a brush to mop this sauce on pork or, on chicken that you're going to either grill or smoke.
  4. Enjoy!

Having never tried a mustard sauce as barbeque, I thought this sounded interesting. It was much more subtle than the intense yellow color would lead you to believe. Grilled some chicken breasts and they turned out very good. I halved this and it was more than enough for four breast halves. Thanks for posting.
