Reviews

  1. Mixed reviews at our house. Some only liked the spears that were almost burnt and others thought it was bland. Sorry.

  2. Good flavor & easy to prepare using the Ziploc bag. I did place the veggies on a piece of heavy duty foil & poked holes all over to increase the browning. Will make again!

  3. These instructions do not work for a charcoal grill. The olive oil and butter are guaranteed to cause a flare-up on the barbeque. Give up the sear marks, and cook on indirect heat. We LOVED the flavorings. Better off PAM'ing the zucchini and basting with Montreal Steak Seasoning if you want the sear marks. Made for Zaar Cookbook Tag.

  4. So easy to mix up and throw on the grill for a quick addition to a grilled dinner. The Montreal seasoning is so good with this.

  5. This is really good, really tender and very flavorful! We normally don't care for zucchini but this is so tasty. I plan to keep this handy for future barbecues. It's quick and easy to prepare. It also looks great plated. Thanks Uncle Ray for posting. Made for PAC spring 08'
