As with the previous reviewer, I used frozen blueberries, & now that we know how great the bread tastes, I look forward to making it again when less-pricy berries are in season around here! I used sugar free maple syrup in place of molasses, half splenda/sugar mix, skipped the curry, and had to thaw some frozen blueberries. That said this was a wonderful moist loaf. Great for breakfast and snacking. Thanks for sharing Uncle Dobo. made for Pick A Chef Spring 2011.
