    TeresaS's Note:

This is out of a cookbook called "Patio Daddy-O" 50's recipes with a 90's sure sounds weird, but the combination creates something like an Indonesian satay sandwich. Any sweet onion will work...I know some guy will give this a try...preparation time includes cleaning time...;)

I had to try this because I just couldn't quite imagine how it would taste. The peanut butter was prominent, with a bite of onion. It was interesting and different. May not make it again, but had to try it. Thanks! I don't know how to rate the recipe so won't leave stars.
