so juicy!!!!
i had a bit less than 2lbs of beef and i still made 8 patties
so delicious, adding a bit of dijon kicks it up a notch as well
I did not like these burgers, much. They never tasted fully done. & They tasted a little too much like meatloaf.

Tasted like meatloaf not a burger. That's not what I expected and I feel I wasted 2 lbs. of meat :(

It needs a bit more salt. I like it spicy so I added chopped chili peppers and garlic. Holes in the middle of the patty is definally a great technic. I made this with Kobe Beef. Came out so tender and soft! Thanks for sharing.

Excellent! I added a bit of Chipotle and Ancho chili powder and I loved it. The recipe was really easy and quick to make as I had everything already in my pantry and fridge, just had to add the hamburger. Thank you for posting another great recipe :)

These are awesome! I think I've finally convinced my husband that plain old ground beef doesn't cut it for a good burger. Thanks, Uncle Bill! We'll be using this one often.

Fantastic! I made these as directed, ate one and froze the rest (raw) for other times (I knew there would be other times, lol!). I used Kraft Hickory Smoke barbecue sauce and loved the idea of the hole - I've always just made a dent in the center before. This worked really well. I also made Acadia's Mushrooms & Onions to go with these since you suggested onions and mushrooms - and I love big messy burgers! Thanks Uncle Bill for yet another great keeper. Made for Alphabet Chef Tag.

This was my first try cooking hamburgers on the stove-top and they turned out terrific! Even my five year old ate the whole thing. I'll have to save this recipe for whenever we want hamburgers but don't want to mess with the grill. Thank you Uncle Bill!

Great hamburger! My husband said it tasted like a mini meat loaf and he loves meat loaf. I followed the recipe as written. Thanks for sharing.

My DH made these the other night; he did them on the grill. They were really the most delicious burgers - better than a fine restaurant. Can't wait to have them again! Thanks, Uncle Bill we love your recipes!!.
