We sliced the onions very thin and added a little more seasoned salt. Very good, WAY better than most onion rings that I have had.

FANTASTIC!!! Accept nothing less out of an onion ring. A little time consuming, but well worth the effort! A hit all around. Thanks for the recipe. These are keepers!

I just made these do go along with our burgers tonight, and they were great! They had a great crunch, and the batter stuck well. Actually I was running really low on panko so I had some rings with and some without - but even those without the panko were delicious! The only thing I added to the batter was a little Old Bay seasoning - just because I love it - but it's definitely not necessary. Thanks Uncle Bill for the best onion rings yet!
