This is very good. Unfortunately I didn't have any rosemary, but I used the technique as you described. It was awesome! It was the most tender and moist chicken I have ever made... and it tasted good, too! : ) Thanks!

I am now a permanant fan of your recipes, after your split pea ham soup recipe and now this one, I will be using your advice in all my cooking, this chicken was outstanding. Thanks for sharing!

Best Chicken recipe in the world (I knew it had rosemary in it!) OMG, this is a to die for recipe! The only way I make chicken now!
