• Yields: 2 1/2 cups

ingredients

• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup corn syrup
• 1⁄2 cup light cream
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

directions

1. Gently boil ingredients 5 minutes.
2. Remove from heat.
3. Add 1 tsp vanilla Store in fridge.
