  1. Could not be any easier. Quick and absolutely delicious. Made exactlly by recipe(1 cup coconut). Would be great to find more recipes this good that are so easy to prepare. This will be a regular dessert in my house

  2. Yum! I made half a recipe because I just had a small casserole dish to bake in. It didn't make much of a crust (probably because it was halved) but it sure tasted good. I bet it would taste divine with raspberries and whipped cream. I'd also like to try it using a nut milk, like almond or hazelnut. Great recipe!

  3. This recipe was SO easy! I made it for dessert for Sunday dinner. I literally just threw the ingredients in the blender and then dumped it in a pie pan! That's my kind of recipe! The pie baked while we ate dinner. We really enjoyed the addition of the coconut. I wasn't a huge fan of the texture of the pie "fillling", but the BF and my parents loved it! Thanks, Girly! Made for PAC Fall 2008.
