Burgers can be boring. Try these for a change. Zippy and yummy!!
- 907.18 g ground beef
- 29.58 ml olive oil
- 3 green onions, minced (white part only)
- 9.85 ml cumin powder
- 9.85 ml chili powder
- 9.85 ml dried oregano
- 1 medium jalapeno pepper, diced
- 9.85 ml garlic, minced
- 4.92 ml black pepper, coarsely ground
- 6 slice monterey jack cheese
- Mix all ingredients except cheese slices.
- Form into 6 patties.
- Grill and add cheese in the last 2 minutes of grilling.
- Toast buns and serve.
