    A wonderfully light loaf of whole-grain bread in less than one hour! Uses freshly-milled spelt and the ultra rapid bake cycle on the bread machine for time-challenged cooks who want to make bread from freshly milled whole-grain flour, but don't have three hours to wait.

    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons honey
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 4 cups freshly milled spelt flour (2 1/4 cups spelt berries)
    • 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
