Ultimate Veggie Dip

"I love veggie dip! Let me repeat that. I LOVE veggie dip! I can't tolerate lots of mayo, so I came up with my own recipe. The zing of the yogurt adds a lot more flavor than mayo ever did, and it's not thick and heavy like cream cheese dips. It taste bests when made up at least the night before. The dip does try to separate a bit after a few days, but a good stir fixes the problem. I rarely run into this as it usually doesn't last that long!"
