ingredients

• 2 lbs hamburger, browned
• 1 onion, diced
• 1 (1 ounce) envelope dry ranch dressing mix
• 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope taco seasoning
• 2 (16 ounce) cans ranch style beans
• 2 (16 ounce) cans diced stewed tomatoes
• 2 (16 ounce) cans hominy, drained
• 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
• 2 -3 cups water

directions

1. In a large pot brown the hamburger and onion. mix in the ranch and taco seasonings. stir well. add the rest of the ingredients and simmer them for 1 hour. serve over corn chips and top with cheese.

wow. this was a great soup for a fall day. i think it came together really easy i did also top with ours with sour cream as my family loves it with tacos
