We really liked this. I substituted proscuitto ham, and used thin sliced deli chicken, smoked provolone cheese, but had no roast beef. I added some pesto after the mayo. Had no tomatoes either, but still... Really good!

My dh turned and gave me the two thumbs up, and I didn't even have a tomato. I will definetly have a tomato to grace this wrap next time! It was delicious and it is the first time I have had avocado on a wrap and I like it! Supreme is right! I had to make me a smaller version but dh's was full size. I too, heated my tortillo a bit. Thank You looneytunesfan!!! — Mar 23, 2006

Oh boy, I should never look at recipes while hungry. Just started looking at the new posts of the day when this one JUMPED out at me! I had been to the deli the day before so I had everything. Well, let me tell you, this is as good as it looks...and how easy can something get! I made two very minor changes, I use one tbls. of mayo and one of mustard, and I quickly heated the tortilla (30 seconds) in the microwave to make more pliable. "I can't believe I ate the whole thing!"
