Another wrap creation of mine. I just can't get enough of them.
Make and share this Ultimate Supreme Wrap recipe from Food.com.
- 1 large flour tortilla
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 avocado, sliced
- 4 slices ham
- 2 slices swiss cheese
- 4 slices roast beef
- 1 small tomatoes, sliced thin
- 2 lettuce leaves
- Spread tortilla with mayonnaise.
- Top with sliced avocado.
- Layer the ham, Swiss cheese and roast beef. Add thinly sliced tomatos and lettuce leaves.
- Roll up and secure with toothpick.
We really liked this. I substituted proscuitto ham, and used thin sliced deli chicken, smoked provolone cheese, but had no roast beef. I added some pesto after the mayo. Had no tomatoes either, but still... Really good!
My dh turned and gave me the two thumbs up, and I didn't even have a tomato. I will definetly have a tomato to grace this wrap next time! It was delicious and it is the first time I have had avocado on a wrap and I like it! Supreme is right! I had to make me a smaller version but dh's was full size. I too, heated my tortillo a bit. Oh boy, I should never look at recipes while hungry. Just started looking at the new posts of the day when this one JUMPED out at me! I had been to the deli the day before so I had everything. Well, let me tell you, this is as good as it looks...and how easy can something get! I made two very minor changes, I use one tbls. of mayo and one of mustard, and I quickly heated the tortilla (30 seconds) in the microwave to make more pliable. "I can't believe I ate the whole thing!"
