As usual I was left with a whole lot of watermelon, after the initial slicing. So I messed around with smoothies and this is what I came up with Taking a little from a recipe here and a recipe there and adding my own ingredients, the final product turned out "muy deliciosa" and fairly low calorie to boot.

  1. Place all ingredients in blender. Blend til smooth. Taste and adjust sugar. Blend some more.
  2. Enjoy!
