These came from a pocket book I was reading.
- 6 eggs
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon ricotta cheese (or to taste)
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- Scramble till just done.
Great scrambled eggs nice and smooth and creamy and the hint of dijon mustard added a lovely flavour, though I forgot the dill (and I only had dried). Served with crispy bacon and toasted wholegrain bread. I used the full mix between 3 of us. Thank you Chef #718022 - Joan, made for Healthy Choices ABC Tag game.
