      Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.

      Cook on med. heat stirring a lot, until apples are tender and sauce has thickened and reduced.

      I planned to tweak this; but I didn't. I just added a bit more apples, but kept everything else the same. Delish and what an easy recipe. Gave some to a couple of friends as a Xmas gift; and had the rest served warm with a fresh cheese platter at my party. It was delish with fresh cheeses, breads, crackers, grapes, and pears. Everyone loved it. Also had some dried fruit to serve with it. This could be used in so many different ways with meats, poultry, etc. Really easy and simple recipe.

      After I opened the cranberries I found I didn t have any ground cloves so I put 4 cloves in while it was cooking.Smells great and I had a little taste and it is really good.I will put it into a sealer for thanksgiving
