This flavor was incredible. I didn't have any cayenne pepper so I substituted red pepper flakes. Other than that I did everything as stated in the recipe. I placed the chicken in a foil lined shallow roasting pan and added some quartered yukon gold potatoes for the last 3o minutes of cooking. The potatoes cooked in the juices and were delicious. My grill is gas and kind of small so it was difficult to keep the temp at 375 and cook indirectly, therefore the skin got a little burnt but we didn't mind. I don't think I will grill chicken any other way again.
