  1. Good. Added an extra egg, just because. Sauteed onion, swirled around chopped ham in that before I added it to the noodles. Yummy, but made us want quiche. Thanks for sharing.

  2. Very tasty! My children liked this, as did my husband. I did quadruple the recipe (there are 7 of us) and we had just a bit left over. Of course, a few of my kids had multiple helpings...

  3. My family enjoyed this casserole. It definitely tastes like a breakfast or brunch dish. It does have much flavor and it's quite easy to put together. Oh, I did use milk instead of cream.

  4. We liked it. It was kind of like a breakfast casserole and super easy to make. I thought it was going to kind of bland but had a lot of flavor!

  5. I doubled the amount of noodles and cheese, because I love cheese but kept all other measurements the same. This was a wonderful creamy, cheesy casserole.

  2. This was very easy to make and is what I consider a pantry meal, almost everything I needed I already had on hand. My Italian husband enjoyed it very much and wants leftovers for lunch tomorrow! I used milk instead of cream, and italian season bread crumbs. Great flavors and I plan to make it again. This recipe would easily adapt to other meats, especially chicken and turkey.
