ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup cucumber, peeled seeded and shredded
• 1⁄2 cup yogurt, plain lowfat
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1 garlic clove, minced

directions

1. Combine cucumber, yogurt, lemon juice, salt and garlic clove stirring well.

Very good recipe. I added nearly a full bunch of dill to the mix which really added some extra flavour. Thanks for posting this recipe!
