  1. I was soo going to tweek this recipe. I put my yogurt in a coffee filter to drain while I chopped the garlic. I also chopped some flat leaf parsley .25 cup and added a little lemon zest....mmmm!! mixed it all together and then as I was putting the spoon in the sink to wash it tasted it. TO MY suprize I had used VANILLA YOGURT. NOT RECOMENDED !! Made it again right away with the right stuff... AHHHH! FAnTasTic!!! Just what I needed to go with leftover grilled chiken or just plain pita. Perfect combo of flavors. Thanks for the recipe.

  2. Great dip - so light and refreshing! This is very tasty on salads and sandwiches. It was an easy wonderful recipe. Thank you.

  3. It needed more oompf. More garlic, some fresh dill, dried mint...

  4. Tonight I made Greek at home for the very first time. It was great! I made the recipe exactly as written. I tasted the Tzatziki right after it was assembled and it tasted a little sharp, but after an hour to combine flavors it really came together and was excellent. Thanks Tina Klein for sharing the recipe and helping to make our "Greek at home" night a success!

  5. Very tasty! I too drained the yogurt (over cheesecloth) and the consistency was great. I also threw in a bit of dill. We had this with falafel, and it was perfect! I really appreciate the ease of it, too. Thanks.

I am a stay at home mom of 3 girls ages 16,14, and 12...My 16 year old has acted like she was 30 since she was 2, and strongwilled as well...so life is never dull around here. I love surfing the web and taking care of my children. If I had a month off I would take my kids to as many vacation spots as I could and enjoy our time together. Since my children are younger, I could use kid friendly recipes and delicious casserole dishes that I can make for me when I have to cater to their favorite foods. Recipezaar has inspired me to be interested in cooking and sharing recipes! Thanks My Pet Peeves~Don't Touch My Hair Or Feet!
