This works very well with calamari and fish.
- 1⁄2 English cucumber, peeled & seeded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons fresh dill, minced (or use dried-start with 1 tsp.)
- 3⁄4 cup plain yogurt, can use low-fat
- 1⁄2 cup light mayonnaise (I use Miracle Whip)
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Combine and mix all ingredients.
- Cover and refrigertate for several hours to combine flavors.
- Can use a touch of celery salt.
- NOT TOO MUCH.
