A simple refreshing Greek dip that is great served as part of a mezze platter or with hot chicken or lamb pitta bread kebabs.
- 250 ml Greek yogurt
- 1⁄2 large cucumber
- 1 garlic clove, minced (can use 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- Grate the cucumber on to a plate.
- Squeeze out as much liquid as you can from the grated cucumber in small batches using your hands.
- Mix everything together and voila!
