this was delicious, even better than the kind i buy at the farmers market. from now on i'll be making your recipe instead, thanks barb. i used greek yogurt and didn't drain it, it's very thick and creamy

  1. Drain yogurt completely.
  2. Clean and grate cucumber, then place in a cloth to drain.
  3. Crush Garlic.
  4. Put yogurt in a large bowl, add cucumber, garlic, dill, olive oil and salt.
  5. Mix together gently.
  6. Let stand 30 minutes before serving.
