Nice tzatziki, but the yogurt to cucumber ratio seemed a bit off from any other tzatziki recipe I've tried. I doubled the amount of cucumber. Thank you.

I drastically reduced the proportions (to 2 servings) & served it with Greek-style turkey burgers Greek-Style Turkey Burgers. Great blend of flavors. Thanks!

This is a great version of that yummy Greek Cucumber Dressing that you get on a gyro or greek salad. Being a novice at draining yogurt I didn't know how, so I just poured the little bit of liquid off the top. (Now I understand I should have used a cheesecloth or coffee filter!)I didn't know if the recipe meant HALF of a cucumber or half a pound so I used three peeled, seeded and grated cucumbers. 32 oz of yogurt made A large bowl of sauce, but mine was kind of thin from not draining my yogurt, but still incredibly tasty!
