Tzatziki can be used as a dip or as a sauce over rice, veggies, baked potatoes, or gyro sandwiches. The recipe comes from channel 10 TV.
- Drain yogurt completely.
- Clean and grate cucumber, then place in a cloth to drain.
- Crush Garlic.
- Put yogurt in a large bowl, add cucumber, garlic, dill, olive oil and salt.
- Mix together gently.
- Let stand 30 minutes before serving.
