  1. Drain yogurt completely.
  2. Clean and grate cucumber, then place in a cloth to drain.
  3. Crush Garlic.
  4. Put yogurt in a large bowl, add cucumber, garlic, dill, olive oil and salt.
  5. Mix together gently.
  6. Let stand 30 minutes before serving.

Nice tzatziki, but the yogurt to cucumber ratio seemed a bit off from any other tzatziki recipe I've tried. I doubled the amount of cucumber. Thank you.

I drastically reduced the proportions (to 2 servings) & served it with Greek-style turkey burgers Greek-Style Turkey Burgers. Great blend of flavors. Thanks!
