The best tzatziki recipe I've seen out there. I use about 1/3 the olive oil, but otherwise this is the most authentic, simplest, best recipe I've found, and I've tried several recipes on the internet.

Very nice! I've always made Tzatziki in the past using lemon juice instead instead of vinegar but preferred it this way.

What a delectable treat. Perfect as an appetizer with some warm pita bread. I added some fresh dill since I had some in the fridge. Thank you.

This is good. Like store bought in flavour. I may make this again. Made for Family Picks ZWT6, Greece/Cyprus region, for my team, The Ya Ya Cookerhood.

This was very good and easy since it uses vinegar rather than needing a fresh lemon. Also, the oil (I used olive oil) adds to the texture so that the sauce is quite smooth. Made for ZWT 6.

This is really easy to prepare, and quite refreshing. I served it with Grilled Greek Chicken Breasts for our discovery of Greek cuisine while playing on the Zaar World Tour #6. But I can imagine many other uses for this lovely recipe. Thank you for sharing your recipe, Lou van.

Awesome! This tasted just like what I get from the local Greek restaurant. I have tried other recipes for this in the past, and they haven't turned out, so I only made 1/2 a batch. I will double the recipe next time. :D For ZWT6 N.
