I love this dip. I only tried it because I got a recipe book the other day and was finding eating raw vegetables a bit boring. This also works well with bread sticks and potato chips, and especially with raw vegetables; my favourite was with chunks of tomato.
- 1 lebanese cucumber, seeded and coarsely grated
- 500 g Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons of fresh mint, coarsely chopped
- Combine cucumber, yogurt, cumin and mint.
- Serve in serving bowl with raw vegetables, potato chips, breadsticks or whatever else you like.
