Directions

  1. Soften cream cheese in large bowl with mixer.
  2. Add feta, lemon juice, and white pepper.
  3. Slowly add olive oil until all the oil is absorbed.
  4. Mix in tabasco sauce or chile flakes until the mixture is smooth and soft.
  5. If the mixture is hard, add a little more oil to soften.
  6. Add roasted peppers.
  7. Serve with Pita bread.

An excellent dip! I loved it!! I didn't use 2t of chili flakes, I only used about 1 1/2 t because I didn't want it too hot .. thanks !
