A great spicy sauce for seafood patties...
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 teaspoon wasabi
- 3 teaspoons horseradish
- 2 tablespoons finely snipped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon capers
- Thoroughly combine all the ingredients in a bowl with lid.
- Cover and place in refrigerator until needed (at least 15 minutes recommended to allow flavors to meld).
