So glad I found this on here! I've had it written down for quite some time after seeing it in TOH and I lost it. I use this crust recipe for every pizza I make. I've also used it for calzones. It bakes beautifully and tastes amazing!

This was an excellent pizza and we thank you. I know that there is some Italian sausage in my freezer somewhere, but I couldn't find it, so substituted pepperoni with the canadian bacon and added some jalopena peppers as well. I also pricked my crust with a fork and baked it for 10 minutes at 400 degrees before putting the sauce on. I really tried to used the store bought pizza sauce, but just couldn't. I had to make my own. The crust is very nice on this pizza and of course I added a lot of cheese that I needed to use up. Thanks again for a wonderful pizza night.
