I was browsing through the Weekend magazine(dated Dec 13-19'2002) when I found this in the Q&A Trouble Shooter column that's answered most wonderfully every week by Rima Soni from Dubai, UAE.     • 1 teaspoon honey

    Directions:

      Grate a potato.

      Then, squeeze out the juice.

      Take a tsp. of this juice and mix it with a tsp. of honey in a small bowl.

      Apply on the concerned areas. Leave it on for a couple of hours everyday. This helps to lighten the area gradually under the arms.
