    Directions:

      Mix together the coconut and sweetened condensed milk.
    2. 2
      Spread onto a baking pan lined with a silicone baking mat (or spray the pan heavily with non-stick spray).

      Bake for 20 minutes in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven.

      Remove and let cool for 10 minutes.

      Break apart and enjoy!

      This is definitely more sugar than I'm used to handling, but in small doses, this bark it is not only tolerable but absolutely delicious, but then, I do like coconut! My sweet tooth thanks you for this great treat!
