My Private Note
- 1Preheat oven to 425F.
- 2In bowl blend the ingredients with a fork until mixed. Do not over mix. You want it to just stick together.
- 3On a floured board roll out into 3/4 inch thick. Cut biscuits with cutter [approx 12 so use a 1 inch cutter]. Work the dough as little as possible.
- 4Place on greased sheet and bake in top 3rd of the oven for 12 to 15 minutes. You want light brown.
- 5This dough is NOT forgiving of overworking. You can add ingredients such as cheese or herbs or sugar/cinnamon before baking.
