  1. In lg bowl, cream butter and sugars.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  3. Beat in vanilla.
  4. Mix the flour, baking soda and salt.
  5. Add to creamed mixture.
  6. Stir in walnuts and chips.
  7. Drop by TBS on ungreased sheet.
  8. Bake at 350* for 10 minutes, until golden.

These are a nice basic cookie for when you are craving a cookie but don't want chocolate in it. Tasty!
