Easy appetizer for when those unexpected guests stop by.
- 1⁄2 lb shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded American cheese (or velveeta)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 (4 ounce) jarchopped pimento pepper
- 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Drain the pimentos. Pat them dry with a papertowl to make sure pimentos are nice and dry.
- In a medium bowl, mix together Cheddar cheese, American cheese, garlic salt, pimentos and mayo.
- Refrigerate covered until ready to serve.
